This was conveyed in a letter dated August 6th, 2018 and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, JODAJ Global Communications Limited, Jos, owners of Jay FM 101.9. The letter which was shared by popular Lagos based radio personality, Folaranmi Folayan states varying reasons for the fine ranging from ‘vulgar and indecent lyrics’ in contravention of the body’s regulations.
